Terms of Use

1. About the website

This website describes the BaqshaWeb service for kindergartens and lets you submit a request. The information on the website is not a public offer; the terms of cooperation are set out in a contract.

2. Demo sites

Demo sites are design examples. The kindergarten names, contact details and content in them are fictional and do not refer to real organisations.

3. Domain and compliance with requirements

We help with registering and setting up a domain, including edu.kz, but we do not guarantee that it will be issued. The website is not a confirmation of compliance with the requirements for official websites — compliance depends on the specific institution.

4. Intellectual property

The design, texts and software code of the website belong to BaqshaWeb. The content you publish on your own site remains yours.

5. Contact

Questions about these terms: call +7 775 000 50 79, email ceo@sabyrlabs.com or use the request form.
