1. General provisions

This Policy describes how BaqshaWeb (“we”) processes the personal data of website visitors in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

2. What data we collect

The kindergarten name and logo you enter in the demo stay in your browser and are not sent to the server until you submit a request. The logo is only sent to the server when you create a draft site in the wizard.

• From the request form: name, organisation name, phone number and, optionally, the kindergarten type, city and a comment, and the selected design.
• Technical data: device and browser type, anonymised visit events (without names or phone numbers).

3. Why we process data

• To contact you about your request and prepare a proposal.
• To improve the website based on anonymised statistics.
• To send product news — only with your separate consent.

4. Legal basis and retention period

We process data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. Data is kept no longer than necessary to process the request and perform the contract, or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or disclose data to third parties, except for services that keep the website running and deliver requests (hosting, notifications). The list of such services and information on cross-border transfers will be set out in the final version of this Policy.

6. Your rights

To do so, contact us using the details provided on the website.

• To request that your data be corrected or deleted.
• To withdraw your consent to processing and to mailings.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses technical cookies and the browser’s local storage to remember the chosen language and keep you signed in to the site editor. Without them the site does not fully work.

If Yandex Metrica is enabled on the site, the service of YANDEX LLC collects anonymised visit data (cookies, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and clicks) for traffic statistics. Session recording (Webvisor) is not used. The data is processed on Yandex servers, including outside Kazakhstan.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings: this does not stop you reading the site, but the chosen language may not be remembered.
